WORLD GIFTS 18-Piece Russian Crystal Tea Set

This 18-piece Russian tea set from WORLD GIFTS features a vintage design handcrafted in the Republic of Belarus. The collection is inspired by the traditional Russian practice of train-travel tea drinking, which originally utilized metal holders known as podstakanniks to safely manage glass vessels filled with hot liquids. Each set accommodates six service positions, comprising six cut crystal glasses, six matching metal glass holders with handles, and six matching teaspoons. The components are designed to function together as a unified dining collection, while the individual elements also offer standalone versatility for your table setting.

The included 8.5 oz glasses are crafted from tempered cut crystal and feature a 24-karat gold band along the rim. They are engineered with a slightly tapered profile that measures 2 3/4 inches and are suitable for holding both hot and cold beverages. The accompanying metal podstakannik holders are designed in the traditional style and feature integrated handles for secure gripping during use. Both the glassware and the holders are built to coordinate seamlessly, with the glasses engineered to fit the holders precisely as intended for the set.

Designed for everyday administration and maintenance, the metal glass holders in this set are dishwasher safe. The glasses themselves are suitable for serving hot drinks like tea or cold beverages, adapting to different beverage preferences. With its old-world aesthetic, the set is intended to serve as a decorative element for dining tables during meals or gatherings. Every component is produced by WORLD GIFTS to reflect traditional design motifs while maintaining practical utility for modern table service.
